1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging, including any tags, seals, or shrink wrap.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that sealed trading cards, blind boxes, or mystery items cannot be returned once opened.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at returns@epicvault.co.uk

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return arrives safely.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used trading card products.

  • Digital gift cards.

  • Mystery or blind-box items once opened.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
